landrvr1
hi everyone.. is there a way to exclude an object in a scene from receiving the environment light ? LOL, I was just wondering the same thing! I've put a ceiling into my scene and, of course, GI is now blocked from illuminating the room.... landrvr1
Hmm. Took quite a bit of digging, but found a post at the Autodesk forum. Select your object and right click. Go to VRay Properties. There is an option called Visible to GI (as well as other options). Just uncheck that.
