Sawyer
You have a scale issue - looks like the furniture is too large or the ceiling is too low. Also your lighting is not working. You have the scene lit but only in the sence that the room is not dark. You should look into GI or the more advanced for of lighting that try to replicate real world light properties like attenuation and light bounces. y-vis
Hi youth. As Sawyer noticed, rescale your room (height shuld be 4 sofas), than try playing with 3 scene lights, that is omni light (ceiling lamp - try intensity cca 0.5, no shadow), some backlight and main directional light, intensity 0.9, area shadows, light dimensions cca 1/3 room depth, shadow intensity 0.5. Then do some work on floor/carpet, add noise to diffuse color mask. Good lighting does magic.
NOOXY
looks like you're just getting started in the 3d world man:) ..like everyone says..you have a scaling issue and you need to work on lighting and texturing.. I'm not a 3dmax user but i know there's tons of tutorials online to get you started in achieving realistinc and natural lighting.good luck man:cool:
