Sami
Hello started with this balcony image yesterday. This is just a lighting test. I´m going to start with detail and texturing today. v-ray is used. Im thinking of decreasing the sunlight beacuse it gets to white on the floor.. not realistic. Craig Ramsay
Im thinking of decreasing the sunlight beacuse it gets to white on the floor.. not realistic. That is because you are using a white material all over your model
skogskalle
goddagens! Havent used Vray... (downloaded the demo today, but it says the demotime allready has expired-?)... but IMO the lighting looks fine. Maybe the left side of the ceiling is too bright (given the angle of the sun, it should only recieve indirect light, so maybe tone it down a bit). Skogskalle: Maybe the left side of the ceiling is too bright (given the angle of the sun, it should only recieve indirect light, so maybe tone it down a bit).Yes, i should tone down the skylight a tiny bit. Its gonna be a intressting night for me anyway
Crazy Homeless Guy
imho you should kick back the sun intensity a little bit. it might be better after it is textured, but i think the shadows under the ball are to bright.
Sami
Irradance map to like 30-40 min quite waste of time acctually .. well some furniture and object is put into the scene. I think i must fake buildings and roads outside, could be a reason it gets really bright in the left side of the ceiling. The skylight comes underneath and from the side.
