In the interest of time, a few quick things I would suggest:

mix up the trees a bit. The repetition of the same tree is distracting.

Add a gradient to the sky to pull the eye down a bit and add depth.

Add foreground entourage - too much sidewalk and grass.

Highlight the metal roof a bit to communicate it is made of metal.

Color the light a bit and tint the shadows a bit.

All of the above can be done in Photoshop if you are pressed for time unless you rendered out the trees with the main bldg in which case you can try cloning some other fronds to mix up the pattern a bit.

Yep all the previous comments from John plus:

1. Give the image a little contrast - its a bit too washed out - my guess that your using vray free version or youve used too much color mapping - exponential - if your on vray 1.5 try hsv exponential - its has a similar effect but retains the saturation from the image whilst turning down the burn outs.

Any way look at reference photos - real life buildings - if you were intending to make a photorealistic render - are darker, sure a little gamma is spot on but not to overdo it.

2. Perphaps too many trees on the corners of the image - surely the contrast and saturation is a bit off - compare with the grass.

3. You could also make the image a little more outstanding using the burn and highlight tools under photoshop. Make the bottom of the render a little darker and the top a little brighter using those tools accordingly

4. Invest in some more materials for your libraries :p - or surf the web for some free ones - you can rally find some high resolution free good standart vegetation

5. Perphaps give the people a little blur under photoshop - that should bring the image more life like - remember - nothing in life is still - everyting constantyl moves everyones always heading somewhere.

6. Add in some birds in the sky :D

7.Crop the image a bit at the bottom - no need to redo the whole render from a different angle

8. Add some skid marks and tire marks on the asphalt - look for reference photos and stamp tool from there perphaps - or use photoshops set of brushes

9. Add a 10 pixel black frame around the render - that'll make it really stand out

cheers
