shikodesign2000
Hi, In interior scenes, when I try to make relected windows, I don't find good material for this purpose, I make a material (reflected, highly transparent) but it prevent seeing the background purely, I excluded the glass windows from vray lights, but no good result, I don't see the background purely even I make the material high transparent, why is that? shikodesign2000
Hi Philip, I'm using max8, vray 1.5 I'm just want to know the material setting of the reflected glass windows (in interior) without preventing seeing the outside background, or any renderer settings helping doing this. Thanks, Sherif Massoud http://www.3dshore.com
eksg
Just check the affect shadow option in the material setting.
Thablanch
Make sure your glass is not in a multi-sub material, there is a bur in 1.5 RC3
