Zortea
Here´s my problem http://www.cgarchitect.com/forum/filepush.asp?file=pinehillclub2.jpg that curved thing caming out of the wall with a transparent color, was meant to be a waterfall but as you can see I just can´t do it... and as long as I don´t want to use the particle emitter... Victor Erthal
You can try lofting or sub-d modeling, but imho the best to to is Photoshop it! []
trebs
I'd go for the subdivision method. Here is a very quick example, hardly refined, but took me literally seconds to make. http://www.pharp.com/phtest/falls01.jpg http://www.pharp.com/phtest/falls02.jpg I think the "splash" from the falls would be more tricky than the falling water itself, I think I'd be tempted to subdivide the pool surface or use some displacement on it. Possibly easier to fudge the splash with your image editor. Either way, good luck. Rob.

trebs
Basically, I positioned a plane in the wall slot then swept the plane to scribe the waterfall arc. I used a knife tool to add some divisions along the length of the object and then switched to Sub-patches, (Subdivision surfaces). This just "softens" the basic volume. I added some jitter to object points to break up the uniform divisions. The surface is a just up bump-map with Mutli-fractal Perlin noise. As for Pharp's. Well, they are as you see them http://www.pharp.com/phtest/beach02.jpg Rob.
