asifsiddiqui
Hi All, First, please accept my heartiest wishes for the new year. This is WIP snap of an exterior of a Techincal Centre. Render using default scanline renderer of Max 6. About 6 lights have been used, one directional with raytraced shadows for sunlight, others are omnis to simulate skylight. Rendering took about 13:25 minutes on current resolution, on AMD 900MHz with 256MB RAM. Comments and Critics are welcome. Regards,

Ricardo Eloy
Gee, that probably took a while to type... About the image: lacks contrast. It looks like you have two suns there. And the shadows casted are way too light, they should be darker, especially in an exterior shot.
AFK_Matrix
I'll also add a little tip for stopping your buildings looking as though there pissed Basically select your camera and then go to the Modifiers drop down menu, then camera at the bottom and click camera correction. This should straighten up your buildings, just remember if you move your camera to click the guess button to make sure the buildings are straight. And as Rick said it lacks contrast. Also try and bring your camera up to a person's height it looks weird at the mo.
