There are lots of tutorials for interior lighting setup on this forum, you should definitely check them out. It is always good to post your setting and a wireframe for us to see what you are working with. A lot of people on here will help you out as long as they have some info.

I dont know what you mean by clear. It seems that your v-ray render is way better than that of your radiosity.if you are referring to the texture, just have your settings higher so that the details would be visible. It was my first dilemna also that i had a hard time creating a scene for interior without exterior light source, but you'll get a hang of it.i'll get back on you after i see your setting.

i downloaded your attachment, but it seems that there is some problem with your model.i dont usually used the AEC extended, like the doors and windows coz it always give's me longer rendering time,(i dont know why).and im not sure of the scale that uve used.i suggest that you'll have it in mm,because lights in v-ray and radiosity are both sensitive when it comes to scale cause of light calculation. your v-ray light has a value of +200,which is un-usual.a value of 4-8 is enough.another tip is that v-ray light is dependent on its size also, unless you turn on the "no decay" option.change your subdivision value of light cache to at most 400.1000 is overkill for small rendering.play with the value of your dark ang light multiplier, the default is 1, u can try 2-3 or something.
