MR in max9: How to display the Daylight System in the Light Lister

Hi All,

 

Does anyone knows how I can display the Daylight System in the Light Lister?

This worked well in max8 but doesn't work in max9 anymore.

worked for me - I loaded the sunlight system and found it in light lister. Max 9

i just Tried doing what you said

and i Tried doing what ipxstudios said

 

different Things, similar but different

 

both showed up however in LL if They were 'standard' lights

 

i Tried again and modified The daylight system into mr Sun and mr Sky

and This DOES NOT SHOW UP in The light lister, how strange indeed it is

 

not sure

 

but i was able To duplicate your results

but i am not able To give you an actual answer

 

as To how To make This work (or why it doesnt)

Hi all,

 

Srry guys, I figured a few things were not well explained:

- i meant daylight, not sunlight

- i'm using ArchViz.mentalray UI, so MR Sun and MR Sky

 

Glad to find out it works for you, pitty for the MR though...
