nisus
Hi all, This project is on hold for over 8 months now, but the client gave permission to publish the images as they were in the final stage... I don't think an update is possible, but I'd like to hear you comments and tips anyway. rgds nisus All done in max3.1 (fakeiosity) with only a basic glow added in ps - No retouching (removal of highlights: to be done in the dinal version!) ingo
Looks nice to me, except the modelling, texturing and lighting Well the only thing that looks a bit strange is indeed the lighting, the walls are too white from top to bottom. Is Esprit only selling towels now (that reminds me on a weird book ).
nisus
Hi ingo, We made several versions of 'towels', but had to trim down the models over and over again as the client wanted very basic and similair shapes instead of fully detailed randomized clothes... Ow, I always found 'white' very difficult to simulate with fakeiosity... Any tips are welcome... Do you always carry your towel with you?? THHGTTG! rgds nisus
DelfoZ
i dont know if this work for a white walls.. ucan use a Gradient map, gray in the bottom and black in the middle and gray in the top, or little white/brown in the bottom to simulate the bounces of the wood-floor.. anyway V.nice images, just the camre angle seem to open. smoke3dstudio
I found the ambient is too white (but not too bright. It should have a bit of color tint in it but I really like the shadow. Superb shadows!!!! Put some reflections on some materials and this will make the rendering look more interesting. Overall is very good!!
