kingeldar
right click on the material (in scene materials list) to get properties then adjust size using real world scale (french soft @my office in france...)
desgnr
What do you mean by real world scale Do you mean the cabinet size or ??????????????
kingeldar
look at ur map it will have a real world scale (exemple a 50cm x 50cm wood plate) so u have to give that size as map size try with yout floor material difference will be eeaiser o see change size and see what happens (u can adjust disposition using right column)
desgnr
Thank all of you for your help. The only question i have is,where do i play with the settings? Should i do it in the CURRENT SCENE tab or SCRATCH TAB ? When i try to change properties in current scene tab,i dont see the changes. If i try to change in scratch,do i have to reinsert the materials. What is the right way to modify materials?

desgnr
The texture map is 1024x1024 When i set that in texture scale is goes in as 1024'x1024' How can that be right ? How do i enter it without the feet?
kingeldar
u don't have to consider texture size but real world size i mean ur 1024x1024 is a picture of a piece of wood that is i, real world 1mx1m or maybe 10cmx10cm i don't know only ur eyes can say! then when u have an idea of real world size after checking the map in a viewer you can enter that size in the boxes (my english is not good sorry)
desgnr
How do you put in 1mx1m when it only goes in at feet ? Also could my setting for UNITS be incorrect? What should my units be set at ? or use GENERIC ?
kingeldar
u re supposed to use same unit used in adt so if u drawed using inch unit in adt then set viz unit to inch (i talk abou meters cause i'm french and do live in meters not inch!) so the real world scale is THE REAL SIZE OF THE MAP!! if map is picture of a 10x10 inch then enter 10 inch!!!!
