Tommy L
haha, thanks neil. And youre right, i wouldnt fancy trying to shoe-horn some particle effects in to this one. And yes I have, since seeing this animation, varied the fountains cycle. Thanks, Tom.
Ernest Burden III
The only big ssue I have is that with the overhead shot you have a startup-from-stop start, and a slow-down-and-stop end. Its better to have the shot start a bit earlier and go a little longer so you can edit to be a smooth move.
Tommy L
I agree, that change is on the list. Another change on the list which im not happy about: my boss is making me put rpc people into it, especially in the closer shot near the entrance. Bummer. Just make sure you control their light levels, using their own illumination. You should be able to get them looking ok that way. Also, being a night shot, they should blend in easier, as you are not having to try and make them part of the sun light solution etc.. Still have to get them to look part of any lighting that is in the scene, but easier than a bright sunlight. The animation itself is good, I like it. I would try and get those transitions a touch smoother though, there are some quite harsh breaks between scenes.
