Crazy Homeless Guy
looks like a car paint shader. not sure if cinema has one, but Vray as well as several other render engines have one. the reason i am saying it is a car paint shader is because of the dual reflections. there is the crisp white reflection, and there is a subtle specular reflection that defines the curves. if you look at the orange on the body,it is lighter on the left than it is on the right. this is a second reflection that is subtle and extremely blurred. just do some research on these shaders, and they can explain it better. ...but, remember, they used a 'studio' lighting setup to get the reflection. i am guessing that there is a large flat white light above the object that is illuminating the scene. erona
C4D has a built-in car shader called Danel just change the default colors and your on your way there
chalk
you might be able to get that effect with a white plane over the object the fake it.
AJLynn
It does need a bright white glowy thing to reflect, to get the effect. The bright white glowy thing should be off camera and have dak stuff next to it for contrast.
Ernest Burden III
It does need a bright white glowy thing to reflect, to get the effect. The bright white glowy thing should be off camera and have dak stuff next to it for contrast. You can also do a specular channel with a narrow width, super-high height and sharp falloff, but the old studio background is the usual way to go. erona
prolly, the scene is inside a large cube with a 100% luminance mat applied on the top plane. see attachment
