also The reverse

how do you 'add' The 3d blocks from dwg & max files into a revit project?

so That This 'update' or updated file can be sent back To The original architects

any info will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

For the first question, just create a plan call out view of the specific room that your are interested in to be exported to max/viz then go to view menu orient to other view and select your plan call out view from the list and finally orient to any 3d view i.e. s/e, s/w etc and export to dwg.

For the second question you can bring in 3d blocks from any program into revit using dwg, dxf or sat file then import it to a family editor say for example if you are importing a furniture block then bring it in the furniture family template for other blocks you can just use the generic family template.

Hope this helps
