fts
Is there a way to fix ADT walls breaking when windows are added to curved walls. This happens to files linked model in Max? Thanks.
plastic
i can only say, dont use the ADT tools, and don't use boolean. it's a horrible, horrible way of modeling. i recommend sticking with good architectual modeling tools as archicad, or clean spline/poly modeling with 3dsmax. (prefered) for example, draw walls as polys, with clean opening cuts, and give them thickness with shell. or use splines with extrude and shell modifier to build walls, not the dreaded ADT wall. especially when you're rendering it later. there are many modeling advices in older posts and tutorials, do a search. Cookiepus
I use ADT walls/Doors and windows. There sweet. However i dont think you'll get a window to curve around a wall. Some people have a thing about using the ADT features. I never understand the "Just do it the way we've always done" We would all be using lolipop sticks!
