eksg
Hi guys...some works for your crits...im doing a few images for my portfolio. The other one is just a close up,just wanna share it also.
guitarmunkee
The first render is awesome, the only thing bugging me about it is the background plane. The perspective is wrong, it's making the background look really flat. Try using another picture, also there is something missing on the close up shot, maybe the plate is too white or it needs more detail. Hope that helps. 3D_IC
chopsticks!! lay some chopsticks over the plate. I think this would add a nice detail. Maybe some soy sauce and pickled ginger too...only joking. Yea the background is obvious on the first image. Sort this out and you've got a kick ass image in your portfolio nice job

missoni
Hey, the background there - is, no way!! Change it, try to google a pic - i always do so!.. but, say, to place your company logo under such a backgrnd would be unsuitable, imho!..

Change it, try to google a pic - i always do so!.. but, say, to place your company logo under such a backgrnd would be unsuitable, imho!.. its not a company logo...its just a personal logo, just felt like putting it there, kinda copyright thing without messing the image. missoni
I understood about the logo, but what i meant was u'd better work the image to the end, not to dispose your logo!..
