Phabz
These are renderings of units for sale in a condominium. I still have some tweaking to do on the renderings so any other c&c are appreciated. Also, do you think that $600 per rendering is too low or too high of a price to charge? There are 12 units total, 24"x36" final size. Thanks in advance.
erickdt
If you're doing 12 renderings @ $600 a piece that seems like a pretty sweet gig to me... Also, I personally am not crazy about the photoshop canvas filter but I realize you might be doing that as sort of a water mark. It would be nice to see some furniture in these units but I could understand that your client may not want to see that.
rpompeu
I like the images but I think you should ridse the camera a bit to show more the rooms in the back
3D_IC
I like the way you sliced the walls part way down instead of just taking the ceiling off. Great job $600 for 12 renders sounds good to me.

Phabz
erickdt - The canvas texture is per client request and also the lack of furniture. The client thinks that if a buyer doesn't like the furniture it may influence in the decision to buy the unit. rpompeu - That is a good point, I will try that. Obrigado pelo comentario. 3D_IC - Thanks! I modeled this with ADT and there is a feature called live section that cuts everything to a specific height, so I gave that a shot and I am pretty happy with the results. blade911 - You have to disregard currency exchange and consider the different cost of living between countries. If it would take you about 6-8hrs to do each rendering and you charge $1000 for all of them, then do you think your work is worth between $10-$14 an hour? Maybe in Oman that would be a good gig, but here in the US $10-$14 an hour is way less than the usual $50-$75 that a lot of people charge hourly for a rendering.
