hi, i'm new in using HDRI. i´ve noticed that it gives very good results with curved surfaces, but with flat surfaces it really sucks.what can i do to get good flat surface reflections??

besides, how can i know what kind of projection to use? (angular, spherical, cubic, mirrored ball). what's the difference between them? which one gives better results??
