its looking pretty good. What software are you using? From the artifacts around the sink and the far wall i'm guessing Finalrender - if so you'll need to increase your values. (its been the bane of my life recently)

What is the red texture? it seems a little too shiny / bumpy, almost wet looking. The lights above the sink seem to be glowing a lot brighter than they're illuminating, maybe cut down the self ilumination or increase the light intensity.

Looking forward to an update.

Good modeling and nice textures!

I agree with Andy's points also ingrease your antialiasing to get rid of the jaggies.

I think the lighting needs more work, to me it just doesn't look realistic. Maybe add a fiew more light bounces and reduce the intensity of the light down the hall... is it daylight or artificial?

Good start ;)

Andy: Thanks for your feedback. Yes, I am using Final Render. I only used 50RH rays for this test.

The red walls were supposed to be gloss paint, I'll have to work on that some more.

Craig: Thank you for your feedback. I was going for natural light, but for this image I think I'm going to switch to artificial, I have a more updated rendering that reflects that change.

Thanks guys.

Are the soap disspenser the same material as the shelf they are sitting on?

It would really add interest to the image if you put water with a few bubbles on top in the bathtub. That is probably not what the image is about, but it would definetly make the image feel like someone was using the space. Maybe make the floor look slightly worn in front of the sink, and down the hall.

Also, something seems a little odd about the marble around the tub. Maybe to smooth? ...not sure. From the reflection it looks like it should be bumpy, but the image map looks smooth.
