vray night settings

I have been trying for so long on how to setup a night setting for my deign but it just never comes out right... pls could anyone help me detail down some steps that i can take.... thanks

 

and by the is there anywhere i can get those already made vray materials?

setting up those vray materials are just so tough.. thanks

do you have any example renders to show us the probl, also the settings you use?

 

 

for the mat's go to vray-materials.de, but be warned, some will make your rendering times really long, its best to make them yourself and save it in a material library so you never have to do it 2wice
