Step to step Overclock ... please

So, i´m about to have my machine mounted.

I´m willing to overclock it, the only thing that stops me for doing it is the knowdlege !!!

So there is where all you, computers genius, come and help me , pleaseeee.

 

The specs:

 

MoBo: ASUS P5W DH deluxe

CPU: Core 2 DUO E6600 (cooler: zalman CNPS 9500, thinking in overclocking)

Ram: Kingston 4Gb DDR2 4,4,12 - 800mhz (this one didn´t knew was better to buy a corsair

Gcard: ASUS 8800 GTS

HDD: 1x 160Gb

2x 320Gb (RAID 0)

PS: Seasonic 600W (i hope this is enought, it has very good reviews)

 

Well, i´ve been searching before buing the hardware so i can tell the Mobo and cpu are capable of good overclock, i´ll post you the link to a couple of pages where the reviews are, they overclock both cpu and Mobo but in separate setups so i can´t use the exact same numbers (Vcore, etc) or can I?...
