Tommy L
Hi everyone, I have 2 dwellings need modelling. I have attached photos of one of the housetypes. The other is similar, but simpler (it's square in plan and the one in the photos is roughly hexagonal. No need to model the site. There are no curves. I would like simple interior structure modelled, but nothing fancy. Just stairs, floors, roof structure and walls. I have drawings (acad plans sections and elevations) and would like the model done in either acad or max, preferably max (7 or 8, NOT 9). Model only, no uvws but sensibly named for materials. It needs to be an accurate model. I am going to composite into photos over the existing buildings which are not ready in time for marketing. Roof tiles need to be modelled as instances, keep polycount under 800k, dont use any groups, chamfer all edges within reason. Doors and windows need to be done as per photos/drawings. Shouldnt be a problem. Its my design and its going to be a project i take very seriously. However, I have too much other work at the mo' that i cant sub-contract. Please send quotes to http://www.livingsthomas@gmail.com Closing date is end of play Tuesday 27th and i need them modelled by the following Saturday (but thats flexible). For your interest, the project is in india. Thanks, Tom Livings.
