ChooChoo
It's not that big or fancy. It's to test out. This is my first serious attempt at getting this down. I've got some problems with overexposure or something. Some of the window frames are bleached out and also parts of my fascia. I'm actually quite pleased with how the red shingles came out though. Is there an easy setting somewhere for the overexposure part?

ChooChoo
OMG, what an idiot I am. Hehe. Max 9 with VRay. Modeled in Revit.
Ky Lane
Looks to me your lighting settings are all bizzare. Do this : http://www.aversis.be/extra_tutorials/vray_studio_lighting.htm Itll give you a good scope on how to use lighting more effectively. ChooChoo
Not as nice as the Scherwin building (very, very nice work!) Well, I'm on a learning curve. I design the buildings in Revit and import into Max which brings over my materials. That's one place I went wrong. While it's nice that it does that, it's not very useful doing this. Almost all of my materials have been replaced with better materials. And my lighting. I wasn't using vray lights so there's another learning experience. I now have 2 vray lights with differing multipliers to get some shadows. And there are still 2 omni lights that I'm wondering if I should replace. Thank you to Ky for at least turning me in the right direction.
