Sketchrender
I have a model of an external wall of a building , which dose not recieve any direct light . I want to place mirrors out from the wall to collect the sun light and reflect them off the wall, and hence light it up. I have tried in Vray, and can not seem to get the light to bounce off the mirrors and on to walls. Any body got any suggestions for this problem. I will need to do an accurate light study showing the different lighting levels at different times of the year. thank you in advance. phil
Tim Nelson
I think you need to venture into the realm of caustics for that. You can't get light bounce off a mirror without it.
