minus
Hiyas.. I'm slowly.. (between other projects) working on this scene here. - More furniture is in the works. Only one point light outside the window providing light.
Chris_A
Thanks for the Lightwave work minus. Looks pretty nice. Do you know what's happening under the yellow sofa? There seems to be more illumination than shadow back under there. Can you offer a rough idea of the render time?
minus
Heh.. I imagine there is illumination there as my sofa is actually pushed out from the wall pretty far... (farther than normal) and sized down... I haven't gotten around to resizing it up and pushing it back. Good eyes.. I though I could pull the illusion off. Rendertime 4 hours. - Dual AMD 1900 system. - I could bring down the rendertimes a bit and keep most of the quality but my computer wasn't being used much anyway. Alex Ryan Rubio
nice image ther.. now for my comments: 1.) i cant seem to get a sense of scale.. quite confusing imho. 2.) would it have been better if a more interesting camera view was used? looks like im viewing the room while lying on the floor. 3.) floor is tiling. 4.) are the wall and ceiling thickness realistic? hope to see more updates. hope this helps. fabmedia
I'm working on a interior as well and I'm having trouble with luminous polygons. I see that your room is lit quite nice, but I'm not too sure what is wrong with mine. Could you give me some details about how you did this and how long it took you to render this image? Cheers!
