mibs_studio
Hi everybody. I think every body know that when we using camera correction modifier, there is a warning "camera matrix is not orthonormal and Max-compatible Shadecontext is ON" But still, the effext of the modifier is fine, it will render correctly. But there is one thing that i cant solve, its when i`m using IES light, it seems when i`m doing uplight+IES, the effect/ the lighting do not appear correctly. Please refer to attached images. Thanks in advanced

kippu
bravo...good analysis.... i never noticed that .... well thinking about it ,camera correction makes the lines vertical...so i think if you exaggerate the target position, wont it move the light beam? .. have to experiment

Simple step to do it. Go to System rolout in vray and uncheck the "Shade Context compability". It will solve this.
