3D_IC
You seem to offer alot of services, too many in my opinion I would remove music production and film production on the basis that they make your business look amateur and cheesy in these areas which drags down the rest of your work. Have a different website for these as they go together well. There seem to be a great deal of contrast between quality in your 3d work also. I would lose the scanline renders. Better to have a few great images than lots of mixed quality. People will see the bad quality over the good. Just some contructive crits.....hope it helps
creasia
The critique is well taken. I have been looking at the site stats and they seem to support your view. My dedicated 3D services website will be opening soon with a more corporate look, and I will be offering specific service packages and payment options. Creasiamedia.com will then be focused mainly on my Musical productions, of which the most impressive works are not even highlighted yet. Thanks. 3D_IC
You may have a good market in supplying 3d animation music. The industry is awash with bad background music.
STRAT
why is your site a small part of my screen in the top left hand side?
creasia
why is your site a small part of my screen in the top left hand side? The current site is based on a template I created in 2004. I am impressed with the number of visitors I am getting to my site, which is a big compliment to Jeff Mottle and the community he has created here. I thought that I might get a few visitors check in, but based on the attention my site has gotten, I would have liked to have polished it up a bit more. Your comments are very helpful and will help me with the next version of my site. I have a background in children's interactive online learning, with tons of animation. This represents a more corporate side of my design skills with the animation and flash toned down to about 20% of what it used to be. I once had a cartoon character welcoming visitors to my site with a swift3D-simcloth curtain that opened and closed between each of my portfolio items. I think that a corporate look is better. What do you guys think? Shaun
Brian Cassil
I love childish cartoon style but if you are trying to sell to developers, architects, etc. this style is obviously way better. Again nice work. I wish I could have a website that was this polished.
creasia
Thanks for your comments Brian. Look for an update on the site soon. I remember the Salt Lake team as a finalist at the Boston Vismasters conference. I'd like to design and render architecture similar to the LDS temple there in Utah and some others around the world. creasia
I have updated my website now, with a ton of new renderings! Thanks for your comments everyone. I appreciate the feedback. I work for Haworth for my day job, and they have allowed me to post some samples of my work.
SandmanNinja
Nice renders! I think I'd put a watermark or web address in a corner - 50% opaque or so. People may show these images around and want to know who to call...
