do we need a CGA resource Forum for Textures and 3d Models and etc?

if so, That is a good use of my Time (not as good at 3d as you'se guys)

 

just a suggestion, but it would be nice To have a searchable database

To rummage Thru which could make our production Time more productive

 

i just sorted The Texture and 3d Model list manually using MS Word

but There has got To be a better way To do This, especially incorporating

 

The search function, and adding new entrys and maintaining a coherent List

 

Jeff, is That possible? To have some kind of searchable database

I think the resource would be a valuable asset to the site. Are you talking about putting links to texture/model sites and catagorizing them? Or do you mean a database of downloadable content? I think the list of sites would be more suitable and comprehensive.

i have previously kept an online database of etc Links by HTML code only

it is a major pane in The Glass To constantly update manually, now i know better

 

if you could Type into a 'search box' what Type of object your are looking for

and Then a List of Links pops up on a page That you could scroll Thru and find

 

what you are looking for This would be most useful

This might require php or mysql not sure about This

 

a List of Links listed alphabetically helps you sort Thru The List

but a searchable database would be The more useful To find etc

 

by Texture

by 3d Model

by company name

by object charateristic

 

i Think That This info can be input into a category header

for The database record of each item so it will show up in

 

multiple searches

 

not sure about The details but This would be very useful

a FREE LIST and a FOR SALE List is only a matter of Time

 

if People would send in Their Links, This could be compiled
