ulasozcelik
This is just a personal experiment for my portfolio, no client is involved. Just wanted to get your opinions for improvement purposes. Thanks in advance! Be advised, below is a large size image (1.2Mb): http://www.modelus.ws/wip/move-in/wip2_large.jpg

ulasozcelik
There is no purpose. Just an exercise. As for the size, I've tried having it 800x... but details get lost. Such as the holes on the electrical outlet and minute cracks on the floor and etc. But here is a smaller version: http://www.modelus.ws/wip/move-in/wip2.jpg Its bareness comes from the fact that somebody is just moving into this space. A brand new home with a brand new owner. As you can see the bar isn't positioned correctly. It's almost touching the wall. They just moved it all the way back of the room to be able to place more stuff. I even have a framed poster placed against the bar. They just placed it there for now to put it up at a later time. Bar stools are not positioned correctly either. Do you get the idea? I'm thinking of adding a light fixture. As for the colors of the wall, I think I like it the way it is. Since majority of the brand new homes would come with neutral colors, especially white. I didn't get the comment about the hand truck. Here is a picture of a real hand truck: http://images.handtrucks.com/mgen/digimarc.ms?img=master:MIL009.jpg&transID=83&h=400&w=400 What's so different about this one and mine? andrepazleal
I like the designs of the benchs, are those yours...?
ulasozcelik
I'm glad you liked 'em Andre. I can't say that the design is mine since these are pretty popular bar stools used by a lot of people but in case you are wondering if I modeled them, yes, I did model everything in this scene. Even the poster is a part of my graphic design portfolio. No more crits? Proportion? Modeling? Lighting? This is my first semi-complete 3D work guys/gals. There needs to be something to add. Moving boxes on the floor and/or bar. I would make the dolley wheels either black or dark grey, and I would make the supports from the wheels to the frame a little thicker. It looks a little weak to me. Maybe a bottle of windex and some paper towels. Just a few Ideas.
Tommy L
if your moving, everything is a complete mess. Id say theres alot more modelling in a 'moving house' scene than in a 'i live here now' scene. Busy it up a bit.
ulasozcelik
thank you guys. I will add some moving boxes, one light fixture (located on top of the bar) and more clutter.
