If so, how easy are they to use and how good do they look?

do you just turbosmooth them with modifier or do they need uv mapped and all that fun stuff?

I've been tempted to get them too, but they are pretty pricey. I like how they do the textures and give you the photoshop files so you can turn off different layers and change up the look. I'd like to see if anyone has actually bought them too.
