digi_archi
I think it's almost done. But before I do final render, I wanted to ask you guys for comment. It's the poster (8' by 8') of Multi_Housing. Clinet wanted to have warm and inviting feeling. Any ideas?? I am thinking lots of flowers along the sidewalk. mbr
It's got a nice feeling to it, but a few things stuck out: 1. The difference between the building on the right's glass and the one on the left. The left one is opaque with 100% (or close to it) reflectance and the one on the right has none. I like the one on the right. Make sure they are the same glass, if they are, I'd think about fudging it so you could see into both units. 2. The background, beyond the tree, looks barren. I'd add a few trees, small and far off, to fill it in. 3. The people. This is purely subjective, and I've used people like that for about 7 years now, but only in my architecture, not clients. The reason being is that I leave my stuff somewhat abstract, but with clients work if people must be included, I try to either blur them so it looks like they are in motion or collage them so they look real (or as good as I can do). Just something to think about. 4. Mabye some furniture inside the units? It'd add a lot of realism. Just a couch and chair, or something simple, so they don't look vacant. 5. The perspective. I'd try to get as close to vertical lines being parallel as I could (keep the target and camera on the same plane). It's got a nice feeling and it could be really nice with a few subtle changes. It's warm and bright and I am sure your client will love the atmosphere. Hope that helps.
demo38
You may want to swap that sky out, the massive cloud seems distracting. Looking good though!
