Ernest Burden III
Either you use a photomodeling technique, or you simply use the pictures for reference and model as usual. There are several good photomodeling programs out there. Now SketchUp has a cameramapping feature that would make modeling from pictures pretty easy. There is an animated example or two on the SketchUp site, have a look at that. Or you can make the photos into basic elevation with Photoshop. Just select a rectangular overall are and distort it back to a real rectangle, then rescale to the right proportion. You will need some dimensions no matter what, like widths and height of the main structure.
