or are you looking for real-time rendering software or plug-ins?

 

if you're looking for a tool to create pre-rendered navigational environment you might want to check out Quest 3D's, Quest3D Power Edition or VR edition.

 

If you are looking for plug-in's you might want to check out Codeblend's Click VR plug-in for 3DS Max, which can help speed up the rendering speed
