which architect

Hi everyone.

I have a small problem and i thought this would be the place to ask.

I remember seeing a building in a magazine a while ago that i really liked. It was made by a japanesse architect.

 

I don't remember neither the name of this architect nor of the building. However, i remember googleing it at the time and finding very little about it.

 

I've attached a sketch of what the building looked like in the picture. (its quite far from what the building looked like, but if you've ever seen it you should remember it)

It was white and very art deco.

If someone recognizes it, i'd really appreciate it.

however it's not the one i know (that one is white and its an office building).
