Formula
I am revisiting my practice interior rendering. The theme is a office space converted from a warehouse. The foreground could use something, but I don't know what yet. Any comments for improvement/enhancements?

skogskalle
hi formula! I dig the painting on the right wall very much, and its a cool theme youre working with. now, some suggestions: I dont know how far into this project you are, but right now it looks more like a warehouse than a converted office -(imho). If its an office, why not add some office furniture in the foreground - tables, chairs, computers etc... The lighting seems a bit flat to me... not sure what kind of light-setup you use, so its hard to give suggestions, but I would spend some more time with that. if your using standard max lights, there are some good tutorials here at cgarhitect to check out. also, there is a light just above the painting - but I cant see the lightsource... other than that, its coming along nicely. keep up the good work! Formula
Thanks for the tips! I've scaled the bricks down just a bit and fix a few other things. I'm searching for the right items to place in the foreground, giving the scene more of an office look. This is being done with LightWave 3D and I'm just using distant and spot lights for faster renderings.
Formula
Here is the latest. Lighting and shadows still prove to be hard for me. Please provide your comments. Thanks
Onslaught
It looks good, exept for the sofa. Maybe you should change the fabric type. Also put some ceiling fixtures....lights, etc. Don't know where the light above the picture is coming from.
Formula
I have a light fixture for the light pointing at the picture, but it's currently not in the cameras view. The sofa fabric isn't my favorite either although it was a fast setup for me.
