Viz Issue

Hey everyone. I have been having issues with Viz2007 crashing my computer. It doesn't happen every time I use it just sometimes. There is nothing I am doing specifically to make it crash. I am using Vray too. It happens at work and at home. Has anyone else had this problem.

I've had this un-explained crash before. Usually I've found it has something to do with the video card and the way Viz is trying to show a material in the viewport. Sometimes it's an corrupt object. Turn off all materials showing in viewport (toggle that white and blue checker box in the material editor - espically for transparent materials)

 

I would also try switching form OpenGL to DirectX or visa versa, distill things down and find out what material or object is causing the problem

 

Could be something completely different too, this is just what I've found can happen sometimes.
