Well, as you can see, the light is burning your textures. Desaturate them a little.

The wall to the right has no secondary light. How long did you run the solution? Why not have the sun coming in angled towards the furniture instead of away from it? That will get more shadow/light playing in the picture. Then crop off some foreground.

thx for replying Ernest..the solution didnt take long, just a few minutes i guess..

i'll do the changes u suggested and will post an update as soon as i finish them.

thx again.

The first image's solution stopped after nearly 68%..

i tried to change the sun angle as Ernest suggested in a second trial but the solution also stopped at 73%..what can i do to make it continue???

Thank u all for the replies and comments..textures are driving me crazy..i tried hundreds of values to adjust them but i guess iam doing the wrong thing..

At a another trial the solution stopped at 65%..a matter that i dont understand too..it always ranges from 65% to 75% before stopping..

any ideas??..

Hi Mohammed,

Looking your images which in my opinion lack of radiosity, and thinking about the unexpected stop of the solution instance, it occurs to me that the problem is that some of the model surfaces (or all of them)are set as “TWO SIDED”. Check their orientation at the .lp file and make sure they are set as “ONE SIDED”, otherwise the light is not going to bounce.

Hope it helps.

Alfredo

  • 1 month later...

I think your plant pots are way over-saturated. --- I would tone down the diffuse on those pots. They look better in the first pic... but even on that one I would turn down the diffuse more. -- Otherwise... looking great I think.

well..here's another update, changed some things and materials..

filepush.asp?file=new02.jpg [/img]

i guess plant needs to be tweaked a bit to look more realistic, but that can be handled in the final output i hope..

soo,any comments?

Mohammed

Cool!

Tks its verry pleasure see a good image ofcourse from lightscape. we hope that discreet put his hands to work for a more radiosity solution like lightscape in 3d max and not that poor aproximation, maybe they are only make some chance to brazil and final render to sell some.

any way, i verry like that image
