jophus14
Make sure your geometry isn't overlapping another geometry. If one geometry overlaps another, you can end up get some weird artifacts.

batteryoperatedlettuce
Go into the object sub levels and delete/hide some elements to double check for over lapping faces. If that's not the problem then check your smoothing groups and UV mapping, but I'm almost 100% sure that's an overlapping face problem of some kind. Guest nazcaLine
your wall has a hole, and i would bet you did it with a boolean. when you use that, you get horrible long triangle faces. you have the same problem sometimes when importing perforated solids from acad. daniohayon
I agree. You can see it in the shapes of the irregular noise...the edges are pointing to the square hole verts. You can see this very clear if you drop STL Check modifier on that wall. Easy to fixe, just delete the double faces and cap it with border selection. ITryMyBest
i also believe it to be a boolean issue. i do have a comment that doesn't deal with the walls. The purple rail doesn't come all the way to the wall, the disconnected shadow shows it is floating. also, the rail in the back doesn't look as though it is in line with the one up front. SandmanNinja
try deleting the offending face and then select the border and cap it. Booleans can be a bad thing... If I ever use them, I have to take the time to clean up after them. i.e. removing extra edges, re-creating distorted faces, etc. I've found it's easier in the long run just to use other methods.
