Exellite
the first problem with that bungalow is it has stairs :S nice render tho, i would have said the foreground is a bit too dark when u look at the amount of light in the background maybe? THanks. About the foreground, I think it's about the right amount of light because there is a huge stone wall blocking the sunlight from coming in. I'll turn on the table lamp. Hope that can brighten up the foreground a bit. cheers:)
leed
Nice image so far. I think you have a lot of potential in here but you need to adjust the sun position... looking at the shadow on the wall by the stairs, it looks really steep and that light flooding in to this space will set the whole image off. Try and get the sun coming in to the room, down the stairs, I feel it will make the room more balanced and welcoming. The yellow light , lower right, looks like a fire light warming the foreground, is that the intention? Lee

I did a little bit cropping in my updated scene, try to balance the whole pic. About the lower right yellow light, that's the light bounces from the floor. Tommy L
Theres some kind of sampling issue going on where the sun comes in to the right, a bit splotchy, but that will probably resolve itself at final render-time. I think you should turn off the interior lights and have the whole scene illuminated by the sun. Theres a lot of lens distortion, is that intentional? The leather material on the eames chair is very nice. Could you describe the settigns for the leather? Thanks, Tom.
jucaro
Maybe its just me that my eyes have trouble comprehending the scene. The artificial lights seem to be more powerful and ultra bright than the light outside. And the clash of the warm colors from the sun and the cool bounced secondaries. Other than that, its almost perfect. Either that, or I should get a new monitor. My advanced apologies for doing a post edit on your image. Best regards.
