Advisor
This was brought into discussion before but I assume no satisfactory solution is found yet. In the the case of using vray in animation. It's preferred to add a large sphere with inverted normals for the look of the horizon(in flybys that is). in v-ray this will prevent the skylight's rays from reaching the scene. I tried all kinds of "disables" to stop this but all in vain. this may not be a problem is stills but it's a pain in animations. anyone has a solution? Ricardo Eloy
Did you try excluding it from GI completelly and also disabling it's shadows? I normally do that and it works just fine.
Advisor
Hmmm... This is weird but it didn't work before. Now it seems to. I guess I was forgetting something before. anyway Thanks Rick. Disabling all GI controls from the V-ray properties and shadows from object properties seems to work.
