Francois
Hello. Well, after watching excellent work in the challenge. I thought I would try. I can't figure out how to have nice trees yet. I am hoping to add a red maple with red fall leaves... Thanks in advance for your honest comments. Francois.
nuno
Hi francois, i have 2 points i think you may improve: 1 - the sky is a little bit to dark compared to the overall ilumination you´ve got 2 - you can add more contrast feeling to the scene, the shadow areas seem to be to bright, i think... i hope this can help. Best to you Nuno
nisus
Hi Francois, Check the tips&techniques session for good tree maps. Someone posted a marvellous link to bitmaps there lately. rgds nisus
Guest saturnfive
Hi, in addition to the good points already mentioned here's my suggestions: 1. The chair is well placed to reflect in the pool, however, IMO it's the wrong style: The form of the building is so rigorous I think the chair should follow. 2. add a little 'chaos': one or two leaves in the pool, a little dirt on the tiles. Some slight waterstaining to the walls. The pool water is very good. It's quite ripply for a sheltered area though.
Charles
Very nice, expecially the pool water! Seems you're using VIZ4? I got this feeling is just beacuase it's very easy to get washed out when using VIZ4 not carefully... Try to use lower filtering amount and increase the face subdivisions to get more details if this is the case.
