jophus14
I'm a little late, but everyone in the competition had to come up with a scenerio/proposal and use this model to create a scene?

Brian Smith
thanks. if anyone needs helping with the modeling of a project, Panorama 01 is a great company we've been working with almost 2 years now. they do great work as they did with this house. http://panorama01.com/highres.html
louis.cho
I checked their portfolio, it's impressive. But I thought you were doing that at 3DAS??? anyway thanks again
Brian Smith
I checked their portfolio, it's impressive. But I thought you were doing that at 3DAS??? anyway thanks again Not sure what you mean. I co-own 3DAS and 3DATS. I do work with both. All production, like this house project, goes through 3DAS and all training goes through 3DATS.
louis.cho
I mean I thought that Panorama01 would be a competitor since 3DAS offer the same service, no? Because you said you are working with them.
Brian Smith
we're all competitors...but some of my competitors are also my subs that we send work to when we can't do it all ourselves. i think every company regardless of size should have a network of subs they can call on in an emergency. one of the best things about building a network (just like cga) is that we can i.m. any number of people and get instantaneous, detailed help with a problem or whatever. we help them and they do the same for us. it's even better than the help we all get from each on these forums. louis.cho
that sound pretty cool. Maybe it's the trick for freelance. Great network, many clients and work for all.
