Neb
Hello This is my first interior scene rendered in Modo. Comments are welcome.
IC
Looks great to me. Not sold on the overpowering orange-brown but it's very slick other than that. The Finished Work Forum would be a much better bet for feedback.
STRAT
i agree with iain. the creams and oranges give the lighting a hue and glow which i'm not personally a fan of, iand i think all your people look wrongly comped, but generally it's a nice image do you want me to move your post? agolk2
Of course I agree with the others about the color. Very nice job on implementing the people into the scene. Golk

Yes, but modo is new and young software I want to show how powerfully is modo rendering engine in architectural visualizations. We still learning modo. Now we doing 100% works (visualizations) in modo. Earlier we used Lightwave.
Ricardo Eloy
I'm sure everyone here wants to see Modo getting bigger and all, but as IC said, we DO have a place for C&C's. You can still drag attention to the Modo part of your pics, and they will probably get more visibility there than they are getting here. Nice pic, btw. STRAT
SIRAT - people are wrongly comped ? What do you mean ? their relative scale, contrasts and general scene blending properties are not matched up with the photo or themselves.
Pigumon
I like the sort of "sunset" coloring, for this pool scene, it might be very relaxing on a rainy day. I also noticed the people seem out of place in your pics.. I'm assuming they are not modeled and rendered in the same place? Are they real people dropped into the pic? I think if you warmed up the overall color temp on them and lessened the contrast they would look more in place. They seem to be taken from a bright outdoor pool scene where there is a distinct directional light source (the sun). In this room there is a lot of ambient light which would not cast such harsh shadows. Is it okay for me to alter your pic as an example?
Onzki
hi, im a modo newbie.. about your work--is it rendered in modo? what rendering program did you used? thanks!
Pigumon
Yeah I think all the work here is modeled and rendered in modo... as for the people in the pics, i think they are from a website that provides photographs of people to use in compositions, which is why they usually look out of place. I'm also a newbie to Modo and to CG in general... I started recently with Zbrush which is an amazing program, and now I' trying modo to do some base modeling and rendering in. If you're a student, Modo seems to provide one of the simplest and BEST renderers at the best price. Other programs have great renderers but usually those are the PRO versions or add-on versions that cost much more. Modo has only one version and the renderer is amazing!!!!!
