stylEmon
Anyone keeping up with the NBA playoffs? At the firm, we've got MANY Suns fans, one DIE HARD Lakers fan, and I'm picking the Spurs for the championship. This blend of fans has produced a pretty hostile environment here as we blast each other with funny ad-libs of opposing teams. Here are some of the funny ones. Feel free to defend your team or attack others teams!

Guest STU_P
I thought that was just an over complicated game of Tick, or Kiss Chase, stretched out for an ubelievably yawning amount of time. Mind you who are we to take the mick out of American sports we have Cricket!
richmondlu
And that exciting sport with an edge of the seat scoring and guys running for three hours up and down a field you guys call football (soccer) final score 1-0 now thats about as exciting as the NHL or grass growing. IC
The most exciting soccer game I ever saw ended 0-0. You see, there's more to it than just running up one end, score, run up the other end, score, zzzzzzzzzz.
STRAT
Lucas got a point; soccer is pants (ever seen Wales play?) but at least the States join in with the rest of the globe with that sport though It always amuses me why the USA has 'world series' sports, yet only they participate in them wonder if they've ever heard of cricket before
IC
Lucas got a point; soccer is pants How can you say that? What other sport has such skill and drama. Where else would you see a 6 foot tall, well built professional sportsman drop like a stone and roll around for 15 minutes when he gets a slap on the elbow? Guest STU_P
I think the term World Series relates to the original sponsors of the tournament which was The News of the World paper. Although saying that i'm sure there's places in america where they think the world ends at the coast:D But i have to agree football is pants, rugby is the proper game! Best football match i saw was abandoned 5mins before kick off.

IC
I dont mind rugby because its kind of like orginized UFC on grass. If that floats your boat, have a look at Calcio Storico if you ever get a chance. Possibly the most violent game in the world.
Guest nazcaLine
i think there's no point fighting. i like both sports alike, football (soccer) and basketball. they're my big passions. i'm following the nba playoffs and the champions league (today liverpool will smash chelsea. i'm sure. Liverpool will kick ass today!!! ) and for the nba, i'm a mavs fan, and i know it'll be very difficult to beat warriors on the series. but i'm confident they will. Unless you have unfortunate distinction of being from Texas and then you have an excuse.

CRD
I'll admit it, I'm a Mavs fan, but I'm from Dallas so apparently it's ok. Here's hoping for the 3 game winning streak, otherwise it's going to be the saddest MVP presentation ever.
