Nic H
These are 2 house of a 8 house development in Queensland, Australia. They are still in development and I need to sort out the planting once the client comes back with feedback, im sure it wont end up being as 'random jungle' as it presntly is. Going for a clear mid morning in the tropics feel. There are some GI artifacts and material glitches which ill need to fix up and maybe put a car in the driveway? Maserati? Or would that be to pretentious and 'look at my car?' Hopefully put in more landscaping, like leaves on the ground, sculpt and texture garden beds and lawn a bit more and make the windows a bit darker? The client wants it to look even brighter inside but I prefer it to be darker. Max 9, Vray (evermotion plants as proxies) PS for sky and colour corrections. Any feedback of any sort encouraged! I really want these to look good and impress the client.
TheAllusionisst
Very nice work, on the first image, I kind of wished it wasn't cropped, I want to see the whole front facade

afterglow
swoit! what material are the white screens/balestrades? i reakon the building is a bit montone, but that's just in their material spec i guess. wouldn't make it brighter inside, it will look flat. nice one. mahorela
I really like both.......needs some different planting as you said but everything else is great. I noticed on the second image that the palms and plants on the far side of the house are leaning over.....for some reason it just draws my eye. I suppose it's just the camera angle.....can't quite put my finger on why it's a little strange to me. in any case it's very nice work.....look forward to seeing the finished product. Justin Hunt
Look great, only there is no rain here and what with level 5 water restrictions if anyone had grass that green and lush the water authority would be onto them in a flash:p in the first image, if there was more contrast in the interior it would balance with the contrast of the exterior. Overall really nice work JHV

Nic H
cheers guys, thanks for the pointers, ill definately be making the interiors more 'contrasty' ill prob remove the vray lights in have inside in favour of spots on the walls and furnture to add some more depth, detailed garden beds, deformed stone pavers 3d grass clumps, leaves, wear and tear on edges is also now on teh menu (time permitting!) back to the other 6 houses then. SandmanNinja
great renders! As for cars, I'd pick a high-end Holden to continue the Aussie feel. But that's just me.
