specific model location and exact sun position and path

i have a model and want to place it in a specific location and also place the sun in a specific path.

for example i want my model to be in athens, greece and find out what kind of lights or shades will have in the summer soltice of 2007 from 7 in the morning till 6 in the afternoon.

is there any kind of tool in 3ds max v7?

Use the sun system that is in Max. You can choose the date, time and locate of the sun. If you want, choose the sun system, get the location you want and then switch the sun out with a direct light or a Vray Sun.
