IC
What is it you don't like about LW for architectural work? With LWCad and FPrime at your disposal, I can't think of any problems you would encounter. Anyway, your modelling looks very good and some of your lighting techniques are excellent. I think you need to rethink your approach to the main lighting set up however. The shadows are too sharp on the walls and in general the contrast is all over the place. Try to get a more atmospheric mood by using softer (area) lights. Lower the lights' intensity and raise your radiosity settings. The compression on these images is pretty horrendous as well. Or is that render artifacts.
