Scotty T
Being that I focus on the important stuff (3D) I am not that educated on internet topics. I am wrapping up our website and I use Firefox for the internet. Something told me to visit my site using Explorer. Just as I thought it is not the same, our text is different in the navigation panel plus you cannot select our still images. Why,what, where, when? Educate me. trino
can you put the link to the website?? i have noticed that firefox uses a different font (i use it in Linux, maybe that´s why) but you can navigate the same as others browsers. I use Opera without any kind of trouble in Windows, maybe IE is the one that causes the problems.
alfienoakes
you need to make sure your fonts are websafe.. Internet Explorer and Firefox will support the same fonts.. pretty much.. but there will be some that they dont like. You need to choose one that both support.. Scotty T
I used the fonts(painfully) that the site builder had on hand. I wanted to used others but no choice...very weak web builder but live and learn. Anyway the font in the navigation is the ones that show up...any pages within the main body I just created in PS and attached as a picture. Not to mention you can not select the still images in IE also. O well... the link is http://www.capturevisiondesigns.com Allot of pages are still being created so only showcasing work for the most part. Thanks for the effort. Hazdaz
I am sooo not a web expert, but I do know enough to tell you that ALL browsers will render out a page differently.... even different versions of the same browser. This is why - unfortunately - so many people aim their web development for IE, since even now it is the most widely used. Oh.. and for the love of gawd, get rid of the damn music on your web page. NO one... NO ONE wants a site to just spontaneously play music while they are surfing... especially with no warning and no way to turn it off. AJLynn
Second the music comment - it's got to go. Also, I recommend using the most normal font you can. Simple is the new black. And crank up the contrast on the renders.
