The textures are great, can you direct me to any tutorials that might help me learn how to create and apply those textures and/or maps?

 

I think i just saw an much earlier version of this pic on a micropixel something or other carpet tutorial?

 

This is so much more advanced! Not only is the technical skill there, but the beautiful interior design...!
