good starting point!

 

ok i am gonna point out just a couple of areas for improvement

 

The first would be that the composition don't work at all, you should move building off-centre, there is now eneregy when its smack in the middle. This point is also part of the design phase for the image

 

So lets get onto the 3d part

Your concrete texture in the foreground seems to stretch and pixelate, this is a very hard thing to do right as textures start tiling but with practice you'll get there.

Maybe you want to also re-check your glass, now it looks a bit like plastic

Your lighting is good but can be moore dramatic,

 

To me, your water and trees ect looks good

thanks guys. yeah im stil honin my composition skills so shall work on tat. n tat environment blurrin was a rush job in time for a presentation so treated it kinda wrong.

im also addin an interior of a typical floor. still lots more to add in thr
